      Pros

      Mission Vision Values. Senior leaders are very skilled at energizing the site leaders and helping the company to think outside the box.

      Cons

      Not enough collaboration/ communication between sites. Need to get sites to collaborate more and share resources including staff. Re-evaluate staff titles and salaries.
