Ed Theory is an excellent company to work with because they have your best interest in mind. Grace Alvarez is my recruiter who works diligently and effectively to find job placement for me. The team is supportive throughout the whole process. Most of all, they hire new LVN graduates!!

I discovered EdTheory through a former college! I was a direct hire and she was through them. She told me how it was working for them and I was immediately convinced. I gave in my 3 weeks notice to the company I was working for and joined with them asap! I applied online. They were very quick at responding! The staff is awesome. I always feel comfortable with them. I've had experiences with a certain agency where they seemed to not really care about you. Gracie and Brielle are FANTASTIC as well. Super kind. Brielle is always checking in with me which I love because it shows how they care about their staff. I would get calls from other people from EdTheory as well asking if I have any issues or concerns so that they can address it and just to see what they can do to resolve it. I've been recommending them to all my former co workers. By far the best agency!
