- PTO - Holiday pay - 401k

Cons

- Management is incompetent - The planning teams are not a priority for the private equity firm - CSA is one of the worst roles at this company and a lot of my co-workers are under-qualified and annoying to work around - CSA is one of the only roles that is not fully remote

Pros

Great company. Good opportunities for growth. They could do better to compensate CSAs for the heavy workload. Great place to learn. There is room for advancement but you have to be patient, a lot of employees stay a long time. That is a good sign.

Cons

Since people stay a long time, it can be hard for certain roles to be available; particularly if you’re interested in becoming an advisor.
