While I certainly empower our managers to lead their teams, I also trust our employees’ ability to do their jobs without being micromanaged. Furthermore, I am committed to fostering a safe and happy work environment in which all of our employees feel valued and well cared for, so when I hear feedback like this, I take it very seriously.
