-depending on department and office , the people -benefits -new growth opps and pipelines -

Cons

-enormous product team that can't deliver -management can't budget properly -too many competing departments for budget -ill-prepared for acquisitions, tech capability is unable to support massive restructures

Pros

Strong collegial culture that remains but is slowly fading; very flexible work/life policies

Cons

Nothing can be done at EFE without a C-level executive saying so, but they rarely give direction. So the company muddles along without realizing their immense opportunity because they don't empower individual contributors with autonomy, nor do they have the vision / operational capabilities necessary to run a effective hierarchy.

The company wide mission is universal and exciting. Working within a company that is client centric is a breath of fresh air

Cons

Not a lot of upward movement within certain career paths. Large bottlenecks after 1st promotion. Not enough latitude to grow professionally.
