Fun people. Common shared vision. Is doing good things for the american wage earner. Was in the right place at the right time.

Cons

Lack of adequate investment into business services platforms. Constant pursuit of "the big breakthrough." Inadequate management support of smart people who know what needs to done. Abusive senior leadership that chooses to engage in tirades.

Management is horrible. So many people are unhappy with the management, and yet there is no change. People don't matter any more, just "Big Wins".
