      Good friendly people..Good company for laid back engineers who plan to retire without career achievements.

      Cons

      Promotion policies are different for different teams in technology. High performers won't achieve career satisfaction.

      Pros

      Employees care about what they work on. Most people who work here, actually want to want to work here. Relaxed environment There's a push for the use of newer technology

      Cons

      Many of the engineers aren't the best coders. A lot of crappy code is lying around. Architects rarely help architect code, they spend most of their time working on new tools. Old architecture code is prevalent and frustrating.
