Decent pay and benefits if you are desperate for employment. Provides professional management for retirement assets regardless of the size of the account.

Cons

Toxic culture and leadership since the company merged with The Mutual Fund Store. Company does not have the leadership, tools, or resources to keep up with the large financial institutions like Schwab and Fidelity. There is no work life balance. They don't care if you have a family.
