Pros

Good pay, good benefits, good company stock grants and company stock performance. Work with a lot of driven people and provide a very valuable advisory service that helps a ton of people with their retirement needs. Strong morals, good ethics, and extremely focused on doing what is best for the client.

Cons

Virtually no work-life balance - the company offers free drinks, snacks, and foods which is great, but you don't actually have time to eat or drink any of them. Not a place to work if you have a family and want to see them - lots of mandatory overtime and working on weekends. Managers are expected to manage a team of people, manage the business, and manage multiple projects. Very low employee morale and employee engagement - employee turnover is high as a result.

Pros

Some of the planners are very knowledgeable and appreciate their CSAs

Cons

Some of the CSA regional managers do not know what their employees are doing and therefore cannot lead. Pay is dismal in proportion to the amount of work. Systems suck for the most part a lot of bugs Bonuses are minimal if at all existent Favoritism Expect no more that a 3% annual pay raise Bottom line is this place sucks!

Pros

Solid starting base salary, coworkers are nice

Cons

Little to no raises, extremely sales based even though they claim they are not in the interview process, must average 2 sales a day or they will can you, they want you to push sales even if it means the client will be paying 2% or more in fees a year, extremely understaffed, no protections from clients who consistently verbally abuse advisors
