Pros

Easy job for pay if you’re a sales person.

Cons

Horrible forced culture, constant pushed propaganda, very long hours and lots of weekends; bait and switch from contract terms given in writing. Unwarranted write-ups (PIPs) even when metrics were hit if one is not a good cultural fit. Hardest workers get less rewards especially if you’re not supportive of the company’s agendas. Even if metrics are met bonuses may be taken because the sky is blue. Constant under performers have retained their jobs for who knows what reason? Popularity contest where brown nosing gets someone further than hard work. Lacking transparency for over 3 years with regards to what sales agents have individually brought the firm. Unequal pay is based on baked numbers lacking transparency. Hostile, discriminatory work environment where unequal treatment is the norm. Company pushes every “Socialist” agendas while front facing themselves to the conservative investors though Christian conservative partner channels then endorsing organizations, like Antifa/BLM behind closed doors and promoting vaccines, wearing masks, etc. Production/Sales increased production big time during COVID-19 lock down while the company pocketed profits and further took from production/sales when the company saved money hand over fist with the department working from home then after OSHA changed their regulations on employers regarding vaccines they decided to force employees back into office with mask restrictions. They also made Sales reps who were salaried employees with the ability to work unlimited hours between hours of operation to hourly employees reducing their earning potential. The company was enjoyable to work for at one point for some “groups”, but those time are gone now and most want to jump ship and have already started doing so.

Pros

Decent salary. Unlimited PTO. Ample work-life balance and work-from-home opportunities. A mission most people can get behind. Mostly nice people.

Cons

Only one lousy health insurance option, unless you're in Sunnyvale. No unified culture. Each office is its own little nation. Bad integration plan. Typical blue-skying executive committee that is all insincere optimism. New P/E owners have ridic expectations. Planners/advisors are not the cream of the crop. No strategic alliances with CPAs, trust attorneys, etc to be that fully holistic provider EFE claims to be. Cult of personality.
