Severely Understaffed and overworked Quality of talent is poor at all levels. Much of the leadership has no good large enterprise-level experience and it shows. They don't know how to scale or think big from growth, operations perspective. Much as they claim to be PE owned and not short term results focused – it is all they do. Focus month to month -- even shorter than quarter by quarter thinking.

Management is extremally week and not knowledgeable. IF you are unfortunate enough to work with with a lazy planner who doesn't use their resources and make you carry their weight, it takes away the small pro above.
