      Lack of Coordination, Old School Club with Untrained Executives

      Pros

      Some new networks, but overall the place is in turmoil.

      Cons

      Total silo-ed old boys club, with a lot of unqualified senior managers and md's, some of whom recently hail from similar outfits, where they were famous for chaos and abuse, and just in it all for the party. If you have the same school behind you as earlier leaders, and especially if you have some sort of charm or foreign accent, you're pretty much given the keys to the kingdom, and allowed to keep the ship going down. A very unfair, unprofessional place.

      Pros

      Easy to crack interviews. No need to prepare for interview. If you got an in person interview and know a little bit of computer science, you will get the job.

      Cons

      Everything except interviews. i will not trust my money with this company. Technology is outdated. Products are built without vision. Managers scream and yell at staff. HR is inert. The place is so politically charged that I spent more time watching my back than ever.
