      Not bad for a creative

      It's very comfortable in the office for the creative team, compared to the other teams.

      Cons

      The clients are usually tricky and the level of creative budget are usually not high. Compared to creative agencies the project scale are smaller as well

      Good company to work for

      Pros

      The investment management team is a pleasure to work with. Most of the team is really committed to the mission of helping clients deal with retirement. Great work-life balance.

      Cons

      It's not a very innovative company and work can feel stagnant and outdated at times. Things move very slow.
