      Great people and very smart.

      Cons

      Old technology and aging platform. Employees' skills quickly become obsolete. Incredibly political, and hierarchical culture for a small company. No room for new ideas unless it comes from the CEO.

      Good medical/vision/dental insurance. PTO is 20 days/year.

      Cons

      401k match is only 4%. Providing advice is an ancillary responsibility of the role. An advisor's real purpose is to generate leads for planners while minimizing the amount of money that rolls out the door as clients discover our investment strategy is essentially a Target Date Fund with a higher fee. Sales goals have increased drastically and management uses that as justification to deny raises/bonuses for those "not on track" after they've moved the goal posts.

      I believe the practice was sold.

      Cons

      One of the worst if not the worst most unprofessional experiences one can ever have. A rotating set of employees that literally walk out the door mid-day. Even family members have left.
