      The company wide mission is universal and exciting. Working within a company that is client centric is a breath of fresh air

      Cons

      Not a lot of upward movement within certain career paths. Large bottlenecks after 1st promotion. Not enough latitude to grow professionally.

      Pros

      The PTO is unlimited and treated as if unlimited. Pay is good.

      Cons

      The management is horrible, the structure of management keeps changing which results in layoffs and turnover, the hours are terrible, no work-life balance when you are working.

      Benefits 5 weeks vacation good work hours

      Cons

      Working for a person who was difficult and a manager that lied as well as her manager Filed numerous complaints only to be ignored by human resources.
