      It used to be great; currently in a painful, chaotic slump

      Pros

      - Nice office environment - People are generally nice and friendly - Salary for product marketing seems competitive - Flexibility to work from home (occasionally) when needed - Generous PTO in first year and building the longer you stay - For some teams, getting money to run programs is easy

      Cons

      - Upper level leadership gets side-tracked easily - Management is always looking for the "silver bullet" and is uninterested in anything else - in 2014, there's a complete lack of focus and total chaos in product development

      Pros

      If you are looking for a friendly, laid back place to work with decent benefits this is a good place to work. Work Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30 and the work pace is relatively slow. This is really an administrative/operations position.

      Cons

      Limited job growth in offices outside of the head office in Fairfax. Salary is decent but there is additional compensation.
