      Pros

      Great benefits, very good pay and bonuses. I work with good people

      Cons

      However, they tend to do re-orgs with no plans for how to replace specific positions that are actually needed to meet the goals they set. Lofty strategies can't be achieved without people who actually can use the tools that mgmt purchases

      Too many company restructures

      Pros

      EFE has implemented pay transparency. Benefits are great. They allow remote and hybrid work options.

      Cons

      They are focused so much on their growth strategy that they aren't focused on ensuring their employees are happy. Middle management is controlling and they do too many restructures/layoffs in the last few years.

      People don't really matter here.

      This company had a good business model and did a lot of good for many clients.

      Cons

      Employees are just a number and expendable. This company has no love and no loyalty to any person, so don't get attached if you join.
