      Pros

      Pay was decent but got robbed on bonuses

      Cons

      Management is horribly unorganized. Training is awful. Their systems are constantly changing so there is no good way to become efficient and then you get thrown under the bus when you aren't. There are about 5 different system's they work with that all do different things and they don't talk to each other. Nothing is streamlined. Makes a CA's job 10x more challenging, needlessly. And the CA is always wrong even if they are working with an FA that is known problem....maybe they need to be reflective on who the common denominator is instead of taking the easy way out and blaming the CA..

      Pros

      Nothing really. Management believes EVERY incoming phone call should be a sales call. Seriously?!?!

      Cons

      Management micro manages, management is condescending and believes Will Clark is the best left handed hitter in baseball (if you start working there and get HH as your manager, you'll understand). Benefits offer only 4% match on 401k. Phone rep must meet DAILY metrics or get called out publicly if you don't. No joke!

      Hands Down the WORST company I've worked for

      -Pay is decent -Snacks provided -Investment reps genuinely want to help the clients they work with

      Cons

      The upper leadership in the Phoenix office are the absolute worst I've ever had the displeasure of working with. Nepotism, aggression, threats - there's a constant, palatable sense of fear when you speak with the advisors about the work environment. Stay far, far away.
