Toxic Culture

Pros

Great Planners and Client Service Associates. People really care about helping clients.

Cons

Worst Senior/executive leadership of any firm I have ever worked for. They have created a very toxic culture where no one feels safe to voice their opinion without fear of retaliation. They do not have a clear leadership direction and make constant changes to structure, processes and compensation on almost a quarterly basis. Tremendous amount of turnover in many departments.

Pros

-Pay is decent -Snacks provided -Investment reps genuinely want to help the clients they work with

Cons

The upper leadership in the Phoenix office are the absolute worst I've ever had the displeasure of working with. Nepotism, aggression, threats - there's a constant, palatable sense of fear when you speak with the advisors about the work environment. Stay far, far away.

Pros

There really aren’t any. Literally all employees talk about is how much they dislike the company and how badly they want to quit.

Cons

Extreme micromanagement. Just a poisonous typical corporate environment. If you’re in the Phoenix office your job title will be “investment advisor” but you don’t actually do any advising, you’ll just read information off your computer and submit leads to advisers out in the field. That’s all you’re there for, submitting leads for a few dollars. It’s a basic call center job
