      Doesn’t reward based on ratings and performance reviews (lack of merit increases and bonuses) No culture - lack of office or team culture High turnover especially at the executive level (coo cfo chro and ceo have jumped ship) Lack of communication from leadership CEO has a strange old school mentality and says things that everyone rolls their eyes at Lack of professional development and training

      Pros

      The Orlando team was one of the most collaborative and creative teams I have ever had the opportunity to work with. The team truly brought an integrated approach between PR and Digital teams towards solving customer problems and some of the thinking was the strongest I've seen across any agency I've been a part of! The team is small, but the culture and leadership within the office is great.

      Cons

      In a smaller office (at the time) it was difficult to balance a large amount of client needs without the ability to really focus and go deep on a set few amount of customers instead.

      Pros

      Great place to gain experience and a diverse skillset. Good for networking. Not great pay or opportunity to move up.

      Cons

      Very hierarchal. Doesn't always reward employees who bring a lot of experience or new business to the table, but rather who falls in line with leadership.
