      Pros

      The people here are some of the best, smartest and generally kindest people I’ve encountered in my career. Work is high caliber and clients are good/recognizable. A lot of room for career growth and flexibility if you are a high performer.

      Cons

      Total lack of transparency from c-suite and GM level, experience completely depends on your teams and manager, some hyper competitive people, low pay, clear “favorites” system, work/life balance is very variable.

      Smart, engaged colleagues, interesting mix of clients

      Cons

      They do not know how to run a business. Management is a mess and no one ever knows what is going on. No consistency across regions, internal communications are terrible, consistently pitch business and budgets that are NOT attainable, treat employees like numbers, more time spent trying to scrounge for resources than doing actual good work. Would never work there again, and knowing what I know now, would be highly unlikely to hire them.
