Pros

The senior level staff at Edelman works closely with their teams to ensure people are challenging themselves and reaching career goals, while at the same time pleasing the clients and meeting the goals of the company. Overall, Edelman is a place where you will certainly meet some of the smartest, most driven employees and have access to some of the most outstanding resources and tools in the industry.

Cons

At times, it can be difficult to balance work with a personal life. Going far in this industry often means sacrificing many late nights and weekends. That being said, the payoff is extremely rewarding and acknowledged by senior-level staff.

Pros

-Great classes from Edelman's experts. Really sharpen my media relations and writing skills. -Nice random perks. Free Starbucks and Chik-Fil-a on occasion. The office also planned random fun activities as a stress release. -Mostly everyone had really positive friendly attitudes. Never sensed in hostility.

Cons

There were days when I was up to my eyeballs in random "chores" while other interns were twidling their thumbs. My computer was incredible old and slow. I felt like pulling my hair when deadlines were speeding near. I basically worked on the same assignment everyday for hours. I was bored to tears (LITERALLY)
