      Have great large clients that look good on a resume

      Cons

      speaking specifically to the digital practice- poor leadership, "family" culture which just means you work into the wee hours of the night, no repercussions for workplace harassment

      Thanks for your feedback. It's less common to get critical feedback about accounts being overstaffed than the opposite so your review stood out to me. We are making progress on the topic of resource management overall and I expect this type problem will be more easily resolved once we have the tools and processes I know are coming on this.
