      Work from options Being able to see different clients and what they do

      Cons

      No diversity No options to grow or learn new skills EVP’s feel as though they can talk and treat people any way they please and HR doesn’t help when you bring it to their attention.

      Lots of resources to make projects flashy and exciting

      Cons

      Anyone BELOW the VP level is extremely territorial and egotistical. Huge disconnect between management and everyone else. Very hard to make friends or even learn about other projects or teams. Very difficult to get involved in the office. Management likes to attempt to implement benefits or perks for the employees, but often times we were told to ignore such things. They weren't paying me what I was worth; left this for another agency and immediately got a 20% pay increase. For it being a "top-tier" agency I was not impressed at all.

      Run far away from the Atlanta office!!

      Thank you for your feedback. I'm pleased to see you mention our maternity leave as a strength. It's a policy I’m personally proud of as well. I saw your comment about HR and would like to speak with you regarding your experience if you would be willing. I have an overall expectation of the level of service that our HR teams provide and am confident in the responsiveness of our South HR leadership. However, my sense is that what you may be experiencing is a lack of transparency around actions taking place behind the scenes and that is giving you the impression that nothing is happening, but I may be wrong.
