Salary is on par with the rest of the industry but really love that this agency gives annual bonuses so you feel like you are rewarded for working hard. The client work is really interesting, team members are smart and kind, and there are tons of resources at your fingertips. Edelman also feels like an inclusive environment where people from all backgrounds and walks of life can thrive. For the most part, work/life balance is easy to achieve.

Can work with global clients and collogues all around the globe. Has reputation among global PR agencies and the company do try to give fair compensation for the work you do. Hybrid remote working system and work from anywhere benefit.
