You'll get a pretty valuable experience with high-level clients in a very toxic work environment
Pros
Several interesting clients, reputable name on resume, ability to work with other teams and departments, opportunities to work on different and sometimes fun projects, has a pretty good amount of talented workers, office parties & happy hours
Cons
One of the most grueling jobs you'll probably have - extremely long work hours, pressure to be on call 24/7 and if you're not you'll definitely be scolded for it, and low pay for the amount of work you'll put in. The office environment/culture was toxic and made it feel like only certain people fit in (I got 'mean girl' vibes almost immediately) - mostly consisted of white women who didn't welcome diverse perspectives. Lots of internal politics. Little room for growth and many coworkers will stab you in the back to get ahead or even just to get noticed by leadership/managers. Depending on what team you're on, senior leadership seemed to be willing to disregard employees' mental health, as long as the 'job got done.' This used to be my 'dream job,' but my experience there was unfortunately pretty awful. I'm thankful to have gotten some of the experience I did and opportunity to work at a 'big name' firm, but it cost me a lot (mentally, physically, time-wise, etc.) and I still have PTSD from my time there and how I was treated.
