There's a reason I've been here over 6 years
Pros
Great people. Huge variety of brands to work with (and they're really top-notch accounts; some of the biggest/best brands in the world). I've worked in multiple Edelman offices and have had really positive experiences at all of them. After leaving a very toxic ad agency in New York, it was such a welcome change coming here. They really care about their people and I can honestly say the work just continues to grow stronger every year. Edelman is at point where they're able to compete with some of the best ad agencies out there.
Cons
Salaries could be better. However, I will say that it's clear the senior leadership team is working to improve this. (I can speak from experience; I built a case for my market value this year and was compensated with a large increase.)
