-happy hours once a month -casual environment (jeans)

Cons

-higher ups play favoritism -finance team treats PR team like they are a bunch of idiots -some of the VP's think they are better than everyone else and yes they will treat you like you're no one -if you're not in the in group, good luck!

Pros

Edelman is a good place to start your career. You work long hours and are presented with very challenging tasks, but you can learn a lot over a short period of time.

Cons

As you continue working for Edelman over a period of time, you learn that those who get promoted are basically failing up. The ones who succeed are not the best PR specialists, but those who are best at PR'ing themselves.

Tons of people that are: smart, engaging, thoughtful, and hard working. You can literally carve a path for yourself doing what you want to do and you are set up for success.

Cons

There is a lot of senior managers and personalites that are so vastly different, it is sometimes difficult to navigate.
