      Everybody that works here is incredibly smart and talented! They will push you to the point where you have no choice but to adapt, and that will greatly increase your skillset and experience that you can add to your resume.

      The culture can be a little bit toxic, I often saw people working all day until 11 p.m. without getting paid extra.

      - Overall friendly people - Good resume builder - Pretty good work-life balance

      Cons

      Junior staff isn’t always treated fairly. Often spend my days doing admin work (emails, meeting invites) instead of having first-hand opportunities to be involved in strategy. Overlooked for raises and promotions and excluded from important conversations. I feel like I'm not learning tangible skills and am not valued on the team. A lot of micromanaging and a lack of trust to support bigger picture items and client-facing opportunities are limited. Low pay and very political.
