      Client roster, talented account service teams

      Cons

      - A terribly unsupportive environment, even after multiple reports of harrassment/negative behaviour by senior leadership, and even clients which Edelman allowed staff to be bullied by - Constant promises of transparency and change which are never followed up e.g. not acting on feedback received by majority of staff. - Under-resourced account teams and no action taken to support people doing consistent 50-60+ hour weeks - Zero opportunity for growth internally e.g. new business opps are often managed by senior leadership alone, and everybody is pigeonholed into their "specialties" so there is no collaboration between teams like account service, social, content etc.

      Pros

      Edelman has a great global network and a lot of talented people to learn from. I was able to work on global accounts that provided a lot of learning opportunities that I would not have had access to otherwise.

      Cons

      Lack of manpower and resources are always and issue and combined with client deadlines it can become quite mentally and emotionally draining.
