Pros
Being my first job post graduation, everyone I've worked with has been more than willing to share their expertise and train me up with the tools commonly used in my reports. Definitely have learned so much with my daily teams in such a short amount of time, and my managers have always made me feel heard and respected!
Cons
Unless you speak up about it, growth can become stagnant kind of like doing mindless work daily especially if you work on the same projects day-to-day.
