      Pros

      Working with individuals with autism with severe behaviors can be really challenging, but Eden has so much support. Your coworkers and supervisors always are around to help, and there is very much so a teamwork mentality. Working here means you're constantly learning and challenged.

      Can be intense at times.

      Pros

      This is a great experience working with children and adults with intellectual disabilities at Eden. I have been here for 8 years! Working different jobs the opportunities are there depending on you! If you have the Heart factor and love supporting others, there is no other place I would want to work! What about you?

      Cons

      I believe the cons are limited in nature. As a non-profit, there is always a need to focus on fairness, openness, and keeping the money safe, while returning money to our resources our participants and students.
