I really appreciated the working environment at the Development office. It allowed for a lot of flexibility and what I got out of the job was what I put in. Everyone was very kind and open to educating others.

Cons

For some, it can be challenging to work in an environment where there are growing pains. It means certain operations may not be formalized yet and some are not comfortable moving about in a lack of structure. I actually appreciated that. There was enough structure and enough ambiguity for me to thrive.
