Through training and the tools they provide, a solid platform is created that allows employees to succeed and grow from within. The amount of training is endless and is always encouraged. They go to great lengths to ensure knowledge is current and that information provided is relevant. Along with investing in their team, the team's input is valued on all levels. All of this combined creates a successful, forward thinking mindset unlike any other company I have worked for.

One of the first things I noticed when I arrived at Eden was just how welcoming every one was. I am currently interning full time at Eden. The work that I have been doing is relevant to my field of study. Most internships are usually very vague where the responsibilities of the intern are not very clear, it can be difficult to feel like an actual part or contribution to the team but in my short time here EDEN has made me feel welcomed ,
