      Pros

      Great support from upper management. Very team oriented. Providing homes to qualifying residents is what Eden does best. Flexible with vacation time. Work and personal life balance is great. Deadlines are not hard to meet.

      Cons

      Expectations are high. No flexibility for people who want to go to school. At times it is expected to stay overtime more than required.

      Pros

      Free gym membership, 5% 401 (k) contribution whether the employee contributes or not, free massages, 100% paid medical and dental for staff, the mission!

      Cons

      It's hard work - if you don't like work or solving problems or a super fast pace - this is not the place for you.

      Overworked, underpaid and unappreciated

      Almost all property/site staff are extremely hardworking

      Cons

      The disconnect between property staff and upper management. They are clearly appreciated, since we get regular emails about the great jobs they are doing. They never seem to be overworked, if we go to the central office for a meeting, it is evident that they are enjoying their time. Their immediate responses to emails further show that they have a manageable workload. There have been several instances of pay discrepancy between males and females in 2017 and 2018, since the company went through a “pay scale” adjustment to our wages, salaries have been decreased, but there have been no pay scales shared with the property staff. We only know that our pay does not equal that of our male predecessors.
