Working with the children is rewarding.

Cons

Everything and anything. Miserable environment, miserable staff. You are over worked and underpaid. Poor management and most are rude and offensive. There is nothing positive in this atmosphere. The coworkers are catty and divided into "High school cliques". Being here will drain the life out of you.
