Its great when you can work with people that you respect and truly like as people. The team supports each other. The caliber of those working here are A+ Genuine, appreciative, and talented people.

Cons

Its a challenging industry in a challenging time. Couldn't do it without my team.

Such a great place to work. The staff are so friendly, and they make it such a great environment. The residents will also put a smile on your face every day! Would recommend to family or friend.

My experience at Eden senior care is unlike many healthcare organizations of its size. they still maintain that "mom and pop" feel to it despite growing their portfolio to 22 locations. Upper management is easily available and doesn't manage downward. it's like a 1 big family that everyone's opinion matters.

Cons

The everyday struggles of healthcare, you either love it or hate it.
