Edgesource staff, especially management, genuinely care about the well-being of their employees and completely support work-life balance. The pay is decent with living in the DC Metro area and they also offer great benefits.

Cons

The only thing that I'm not fond of is the semi-monthly pay but I know that multiple federal government contracting company pay schedules are like this,

Unlimited PTO Competitive raise when I threatened to leave Good work/life balance

Management was incompetent They hired whoever applied without screening or considering if their skills would be the right fit They were “yes” men/women to whatever the clients wanted and didn’t have their own employees backs
