Working with partners and clients can be difficult sometimes, but I always felt that leadership had my back, no matter what the situation was. They always got to the bottom of the issue and didn't let things go unresolved.

Cons

Small business can mean wearing multiple hats. (I like this actually but maybe not everyone does)
