Pros

People gets exposure to work with US clients, candidates. Gets the opportunity to learn new things from Management on daily basis. Gives option to work from home. If someone is putting efforts genuinely they gets growth in their career. If you don't perform in any project, Management gives training as per your skill set and support.

Cons

Edgesys dont entertain fake candidates who keep thoughts in mind to earn money without doing anything, without putting any efforts.

Pros

This was an exhausting experience but I've made a few friends in here.

Cons

You can't get a day off without anyone bothering you with anything. They always have something immediate for you to do and you will be asked to work overtime for it. You won't be given a choice not to so you'll just do it for them.

Pros

I've learned different things, gained experiences, and enhanced my skills.

Cons

Schedules are always put on a rush and they can never organize their priorities. Because of this, we have to sacrifice our personal time so that we can work longer hours in the office especially when they needed a project done asap.
