      Growing company with people first mentality

      Pros

      The company has been through tremendous growth over the last year. I have personally seen a ton of employees promoted and internal growth is a focus.

      Cons

      Benefits can be expensive, not a great range of medical plans. The only traditional plan (non- high-deductible plan) is unaffordable. Every other company I have worked at has had at least 2 traditional plans to choose from. Some perks were removed such as bonus opportunities

      Somewhat stable job. You don't have to take work home.

      Cons

      Salary is consistently subpar. Everyone is outwardly friendly. NOT LGTBQIA+ inclusive.
