We are proud of our overall internal company communications around the Apex Learning acquisition, having made a sincere effort to be as open and transparent as we could at every stage of the process. That’s an approach we’re continuing to focus on in all our emails, town halls, and other employee communications – though we know we can always do more, and can certainly do better. We understand the personal disruption and uncertainty that often comes with an acquisition, and the move into a larger combined company, no matter how well-intentioned the communications are.
