They Will Lay You Off Without Warning and With No Explanation

Cons

Impersonal, Lay offs with no explanation after we helped them stay afloat during Covid, Management stops responding within 10 minutes of being let go. Could care less about students or teachers.

Thank you for your feedback, we are hopeful that the pandemic appears to be winding down and for what it means for this country and excited what it means for our education system. As a result of kids returning to in-person school, we have far fewer kids to teach virtually. We wanted to give many of our teachers a head start and every opportunity to find opportunities to return to the classroom, to where the students are. We are and will continue to be Educator First and meeting students where they are.

Great programs. Many great solutions that can be customized to the customers needs

Cons

Shift in focus. Educator first, great concept but somehow there has been a shift in this last year. .Sales team treated poorly. New confusing pay scale, that makes it virtually impossible to calculate commissions. Also , very hard to make substantial bonuses. Much lower payout than years before when exceeding expectations

Great people and made life long friends. I also learned what to look for in next role like an ethical workplace that values people and customers.

Cons

Everything. Focus is not on people or customers or doing right thing. Focus is micromanaging and sales at all costs. It’s really stomach turning.
