Great support people on staff & not feeling micro-managed

Low commission percents and quota is more than a stretch. A lot of people are leaving the company over the past several months.

Pros

There is a great effort put behind making it an a great virtual company “environment”. There is lots of support from CEO for diversity inclusion and groups. The benefits are wonderful and is a great place to work. Pay so not as competitive as brick & mortar setting but they have tried to get close as possible to market rate with merit increases. There are other sides of the company and room for growth.

Cons

As a teacher, you must remember that it is a business and not a school district. Therefore, jobs are not secure if there is a lack of enrollment.
