Cons

Pay is terrible, workload can become overwhelming, pay is atrocious, expectations are not always reasonable, pay is not livable or equitable.

Pros

The people, culture, VTO & PTO, among other benefits, the drive to truly make a difference in the education system.

Cons

Pay and commissions are brutal (paying men more than women, too), rarely allows for growth as an internal candidate (even more, one who won awards for their sales performance last year), huge layoffs all the time (experiencing the 4th once since being here the last 4 years).
