Cons

Old buildings, computers, and zero chance for upward mobility. A terrible President that the faculty are too weak to replace.

Pros

Most of the boots on the ground employees are exceptional. Maintenance staff, custodians, most security officers, cashiers, food service, book store, etc.

Cons

Most of the department managers are absolutely unhinged and HR uses whatever concerns you report to them against you and to defend the College, to the detriment of the employees.

HR is very inefficient, low salary increases, sometimes you'll find bad surprises from management.
