      Pros

      Results are how you are measured. Weekly training to make yourself better. Even though you are working alone in the field you always have the option of talking with team members for help.

      Cons

      Sometimes partners may cancel which goes against your pay plan. Most of the time the reason is more them than our product.

      Pros

      I've had a great time learning new skills and learning the company culture. I haven't been a part of such a supportive environment and I feel fortunate to be a apart of the team. Managers promote understand work life balance and never ask to over exert yourself. There are tons of team building events and opportunities to learn about other roles.

      Cons

      Work from home can be isolating but that's true for all hybrid/remote positions.
