      Pros

      Edmunds really does a great job at creating a balance for work and life. My team understands that life happens outside of work and is so supportive. Another great thing about Edmunds is the opportunity for growth. I've had the chance to work in a variety of projects, which helps me excel and grow within my role/team. Initiatives to foster diversity and equity have really been a focus, and I am so happy to see it. I look forward to the future growth of the company.
