Pros

Work/life balance is amazing. The culture focuses on results. I get to work with people who care about their work and want the company to succeed. For a company that makes WFH optional, they do a great job creating in-office events and opportunities to bring people together. They offer employees career development opportunities throughout the year by inviting speakers to present on specific topics.

Cons

Product innovation seems stagnant. Brand recognition continues to be a challenge.

The people here are some of the kindest people I've ever worked with. It makes every project and meeting better. The long tenures here speak for themselves. The people are also committed to doing their work excellently. At the same time, there's really great work life balance. It's not just a catchphrase here.

Cons

Lack of brand recognition. A lot of people have never heard of Edmunds. But it is something actively being worked on right now.
