      Pros

      Work/Life Balance, Make your schedule for the most part, benefits. Edmunds is a great product but not an easy sell, doesn’t have that brand recognition that dealers look for.

      Cons

      You use to be able to make a paycheck here, 11 years ago, the salary went a long way. However, they never give raises in the field, the pay plan has changed every year and it’s becoming harder to duplicate the same commission check year after year.
